A story a lesson - Great Mind!

A Chinese walks into a bank in New York City and asks
for the loan officer.

He tells the loan officer that he is going to Taiwan on
business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer tells him that the bank will need
some form of security for the loan, so the Chinese
hands over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on
the street in front of the bank.

He produces the title and everything checks out.

The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral
for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good
laugh at the Chinese for using a $250,000 Ferrari
as collateral against a $5,000 loan.

An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari
into the bank's underground garage and parks
it there.

Two weeks later, the Chinese returns, repays the
$5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41.

The loan officer says, "Sir, we are very happy to
have had your business, and this transaction has
worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled.
While you were away, we checked you out and
found that you are a multi-millionaire.
What puzzles us is, why would you bother to
borrow the $5,000?"

The Chinese replies: "Where else in New York City
can I park my car for two weeks for only $15.41
and expect it to be there when I return?"

Ah, the mind of the Chinese...

A story a lesson...

Billy is a 8 yr old boy.

On his birthday, His mum bought him a box of board game - MONOPOLY!

He was so excited and everyday after school he will ask his grandma to teach him and play with him.  

Every time he play the MONOPOLY, he keep losing to his grandma... but he never give up! He continue to practice and practice... until one day he finally beats his  grandma!

Yea At last Billy won!

After winning his grandma, Billy decided to find a new challenger... He decided to go over to his best friend Tommy's house.

First time Billy play with Tommy, and not even half an hour Tommy beats Billy in the Monopoly game... 

Billy never give up, he continue to ask grandma about the skills of playing and keep practicing with his grandma! 

After two months of hard practicing, Billy decided to play with Tommy again. This time Billy manage to ruled over Tommy, and Tommy's properties and Monopoly Cash is totally wiped off by Billy!  

Here comes Billy jumping and cheering happily:" I won I won".  He ran back to his grandma and report this achievement to his grandma.

Billy's grandma smile at Billy, she paused and say:" I forgot to mentioned this...  

Did you know after you win the game, after the game ends... all the little houses, all the money, all the properties will all go back into the MONOPOLY box?   :P

The lesson of the story...  Its good that we should never give up easily. Perseverance will bring us success... Practice makes perfect!

 

What are we aftering in this world? Are we going for something that will last? or are we going for something that will fade away? Be wise to sow a seed on something that will last but not the temporary wealth on this earth!  ;)

In todays world, a lot of people is fighting for power. In politics, workplace, even colleges...

They want to become the one who lead in front! Not much people who want to be a follower!

In fact :

1) There is no leader without at least one follower.   (No follower = No leader)

2) Every leader requires allegiance.

3) Its the follower's degree of involvement that largely determines the natur of the leader-follower relatiosip.

4)Our success is linked to comptence and commitment around us.

5) Leadership is always about results ad relationships.

6) We are both leaders and follower... Everyone who desires to become leader must learn how to follow in order to be the best!
