A story a lesson - Great Mind!

A Chinese walks into a bank in New York City and asks
for the loan officer.

He tells the loan officer that he is going to Taiwan on
business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer tells him that the bank will need
some form of security for the loan, so the Chinese
hands over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on
the street in front of the bank.

He produces the title and everything checks out.

The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral
for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good
laugh at the Chinese for using a $250,000 Ferrari
as collateral against a $5,000 loan.

An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari
into the bank's underground garage and parks
it there.

Two weeks later, the Chinese returns, repays the
$5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41.

The loan officer says, "Sir, we are very happy to
have had your business, and this transaction has
worked out very nicely, but we are a little puzzled.
While you were away, we checked you out and
found that you are a multi-millionaire.
What puzzles us is, why would you bother to
borrow the $5,000?"

The Chinese replies: "Where else in New York City
can I park my car for two weeks for only $15.41
and expect it to be there when I return?"

Ah, the mind of the Chinese...

IT Support ~ How to solve PC problems

Dear IT Support,

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0

and noticed a slow down in the overall performance,

particularly in flower and jewellery applications that

had operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 un-installed many other valuable

programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5,

but installed undesirable programs such as EPL 5.0,

NBA 3.0 and ESPN 2.0. And now, Conversation 8.0 no

longer runs and House Cleaning 2.6 simply crashes

the system. I've tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix

these problems, but to no avail. What can I do?

Dear Desperate,

First keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an entertainment package,

while Husband 1.0 is an operating system. Try entering command

C: I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME and download Tears 6.2 to install

Guilt 3.0. If all works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then

automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

But remember, overuse can cause Husband 1.0 to default to

Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Late Night Teh Tarik 6.1.

Late Night 6.1 is a very bad program that will create

SnoringLoudly.wav files. Whatever you do, DO NOT install

Mother-in-Law 1.0 or reinstall another Boyfriend program.

These are not supported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have a

limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.

You might consider additional software to improve memory and

performance. I personally recommend Hot Food 3.0 and Lingerie 6.9.

Prince of the Family - part 1

I'm posting this to show my gratitudes towards those who loves me so much! I really appreciate it very much!

First of all thanks to my parents who FULLY SPONSORED me for my Hong Kong Trip recently and also being so supportive to educate me with Primary Education in Disted College(arghh the fee is costly) and Secondary Education - music lessons like violin and piano, also the dancing classes like Hip Hop and Latin in Penang and in KL! Thanks a lot! Ya music lesson might sounds common to u in todays world but not everyone has the privilage to learn it! I do appreciate it a lot! Thx!

Since young about standard two my parents FORCED me to take up violin and piano! That time i was still a "know nothing" innocent kid who only knows playing "Ar chit lo" "ka li toi" "pepsi-cola" "bakuli"(marbles)... obviously if u ask me i would definitely say no to those BORING lessons at that age!!!

Thank God for His blessing!

Now when i grew up with the music knowledge and talent, i never regreted learning them! =) thx for forcing me to learn when i'm still a kid, or else there won't be a kxin - Music Lover today! ;)

Arghhh.... this 2 weeks is killing me!!! Today is already Thursday! As most of you know i am going to Hong Kong.

Obviously it will be fun!

b4 that its wise to finished all the assignment first before going to enjoy! So nothing will hold me back, nothing to worry about for my studies when i am away... but how heavy is my assignments? How many assignments?

A story a lesson...

Billy is a 8 yr old boy.

On his birthday, His mum bought him a box of board game - MONOPOLY!

He was so excited and everyday after school he will ask his grandma to teach him and play with him.

Every time he play the MONOPOLY, he keep losing to his grandma... but he never give up! He continue to practice and practice... until one day he finally beats his grandma!

Yea At last Billy won!

After winning his grandma, Billy decided to find a new challenger... He decided to go over to his best friend Tommy's house.

First time Billy play with Tommy, and not even half an hour Tommy beats Billy in the Monopoly game...

Billy never give up, he continue to ask grandma about the skills of playing and keep practicing with his grandma!

After two months of hard practicing, Billy decided to play with Tommy again. This time Billy manage to ruled over Tommy, and Tommy's properties and Monopoly Cash is totally wiped off by Billy!

Here comes Billy jumping and cheering happily:" I won I won". He ran back to his grandma and report this achievement to his grandma.

Billy's grandma smile at Billy, she paused and say:" I forgot to mentioned this...

Did you know after you win the game, after the game ends... all the little houses, all the money, all the properties will all go back into the MONOPOLY box? :P

The lesson of the story... Its good that we should never give up easily. Perseverance will bring us success... Practice makes perfect!

What are we aftering in this world? Are we going for something that will last? or are we going for something that will fade away? Be wise to sow a seed on something that will last but not the temporary wealth on this earth! ;)

Everyone Wants to Rule The World!!!

In todays world, a lot of people is fighting for power. In politics, workplace, even colleges...

They want to become the one who lead in front! Not much people who want to be a follower!

In fact :

1) There is no leader without at least one follower. (No follower = No leader)

2) Every leader requires allegiance.

3) Its the follower's degree of involvement that largely determines the natur of the leader-follower relatiosip.

4)Our success is linked to comptence and commitment around us.

5) Leadership is always about results ad relationships.

6) We are both leaders and follower... Everyone who desires to become leader must learn how to follow in order to be the best!

It cost RM 60 for this 2 days conference! I missed it yesterday the first session and today early morning i went for the second and third session. Kinda tired coz staying up late yesterday yet its interesting enuf to keeps me awake to listen to everything =)

I learnt a lot from todays conference!!! Its really Great!

Gua Tempurung-Ipoh ONE DAY TOUR~~~

Good Weather! Nice Scenery ! A Happy Journey! =)

Mission failed! She woke up before i manage to snap shot her sleeping... Gav's fault! He manage to tangkap the photo but his "cik cek" camera woke her up!

Event: One day tour--- Adventure and makan trip!

Whos going : Gavin Rachel Wendy Hugo and Aaron and ME~

1 car fro KL (Hugo fetching AA) another car i'm driving from Penang (fetching GavC Rachel and Wendy)

We Started our journey by fetching rachel to "buy MC" <---- dun learn! its illegal XD lolzzz

we cross Pg Bridge around 9am direct heading to Gua Tempurung!

Average driving speed 100-110 kmh but i'm driving very carefully, always a distance away from the car in front =)

Weather: Beautiful Day with bright sun on top of us!

Reach there around 1030.

bought our ticket RM22 each

we started our Gua Tempurung Adventure at 11am!

We went in from the "wet" entrance and came out from the dry entrance... there are lots of entrance... we just follow the tour guide's leading and it took us 4 hours for the whole hike and crawl adventure! =) I love the crawling part on the water :P it was FUN for the trip!

Next....

when we came out it was about 3 something and the boys took a bath there.. girls complaint about the crowded bathroom so we headed to Wendy's house and they bath there...

Next...

Wendy bring us to Tong Sui Street to have our late late lunch ! love the beef balls!! yummy!!!

I ajak my ipoh frnds out to meet! the two pretty lady in the photo Tammy and Mindy =)

We also have our dessert!

Dinner... lol yup after our lunch is dinner at Lake View Restaurant? if i'm not mistaken with the name... Thx to Wendy's parents who belanja us makan.

Wendy bring us "yau Che hor" round around Ipoh then we stop by Padang Ipoh and took some photosand also chit chat before we go back home around 11pm

THE TRIP WAS EXCELLENT!!!!!!! REALLY FUN!!! JUST TOO BAD WE CAN HARDLY TOOK PHOTOS INSIDE THE CAVE BECOZ OF THE WET WATER!!!! SEE U THERE NEXT TIME! =)

Me : Everyday movie one ar? Lol. To compensate yesterday? Ur mum open the door for me d. I use ur com har, just online nia. Faster come back

Someone: Haha ok. Don check my private folders can d. 5pm. Then go net sui?

Me: Tonight can't. I need to go somewhere else. By the way u look fit for today. Today is special. A big day for u. April Fool!

Someone: Maleh cb. Got trick by u haha.

I suppose GavC won't want me to tell who is this "someone"... so i'll keep the identity of "someone" as secret la! :P
